Our step-by-step process includes surface prep, crack repair, moisture testing, and professional epoxy application with optional flakes and a protective topcoat—delivering a durable, seamless, and stylish finish built to last

We begin by grinding and cleaning the concrete to remove dirt, oils, and surface imperfections—ensuring the epoxy adheres properly.
✅ Crack & Damage Repair
Any cracks, pits, or surface flaws are repaired using industrial-grade fillers to create a smooth and even base.
✅ Moisture Testing
We test the floor for moisture to ensure long-term adhesion and prevent bubbling or lifting.
✅ Primer Application
A penetrating epoxy primer is applied to promote adhesion and extend the life of the coating system.
✅ Epoxy & Flake Broadcast (Optional)
We roll on a high-performance epoxy base coat, followed by the optional broadcast of vinyl flakes for texture and visual appeal.
✅ Scrape & Smooth
Once the flakes cure, we scrape and vacuum the surface to ensure a smooth, uniform finish.
✅ Topcoat Sealing
